Hey guys. First thread/post on here so not 100% sure if this is the right section to post it in as it's more of a general mac/time machine problem but oh well
I recently had an accident involving my old 2010 MBP 250GB and a can of drink, which has led me to getting a new 2014 Retina MBP 500GB. Fortunately I've been backing up my old computer with Time Machine since last year so have plenty of backups. I went through all the usual steps to transfer files from Time Machine to the new computer and it all went well until 2 minutes from the end where it said it was indexing files, or something along those lines. I tried it 3 times and same result every time. In the end I started it like a new computer and manually copied my files over. However I still have the files from that Time Machine transfer hidden somewhere on my computer. How do I delete them?
Hope that was clear enough
