Time Machine fails to restore files

Ok guys I fixed the boot up issues on my mac pro 2009.

However I attempted restore from my backup and timecapsule completes the process without fail.

When I boot into the operating system I have nothing no music libary no apps nothing.

So I tried the migration assit that completes without fail..... however still no music libary or apps.

When I conneect to the time capsle via finder I can see my music libary but for some reason it wont restore.

Any sudggestions?

PLEASE SOMEONE HELP I'M AT MY WITTS END
