Time Machine first backup smaller than Used Space in MBP.

Hi, I'm making a backup in a new hard drive.

I have 140Gb used currently in my current MBP. But the first backup is of only 97GB.

I would understand if it were a little smaller than the used space, but 43GB?

Time Capsule does not back-up system files, only user files.
