Time Machine gone wild

Hey,
Time Machine has gone insane since I installed ilife 08. After installation about 40GB of free space disappeared from the drive and the back up folder takes up about 200+ GB of space on the drive

I've only got 160GB in the machine and I'm only using 74.

Anyone know how I can fix this?
