My hard drive crahsed last week. After installing a new one I had to use my install disks to put OS back on hard drive. I will admit, I 'borrowed' a copy of Snow Leopard when it came out and no longer have the disk. When I fired up my computer, it was like going back in time. I miss the features on the Snow Leopard. I have an external disk that I backed up just prior to my hard drive failured. Does this time machine have the OS Snow Leopard on it? or is it just pictures, data files, etc.? If so, can I get Snow Leopard back on my machine?

It turns out the person I borrowed it from bought the family pack, so it as all legit. I am headed to the apple store tomorrow to purchase snow leopard. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't already sitting on my external hard drive.
