Time Machine Incorrectly Estimates Size of Backups

Hello,

Here is my exclusion list for Time machine, as you can see only my home folder "sabor" is selected. You can also see the "info" for this folder which clearly shows as 113.47 GB, which is about right:

Apparently, Time Machine thinks otherwise (this was just refreshed):

I have repaired disk, disk permissions, rebooted, recreated exclusion list, turned-off time machine. This is really aggravating - Time machine created a backup of my files and it was 400 GB the first time around.

Any clues?
