Time machine issues (w Synology NAS)

Hi Folks,

after migrating my MacBook Pro to Catalina, I let it ran the first TM on my NAS (as usual, using a dedicated account, and this is a crypted backup). the backup went well -- did not try a restore though, but since then TM is trying to make other backup but failed, stating wrong username/password but I did not change them ... and work fine for my other macs

any thoughts ?
