Time Machine kills MX Revolution side-button?

Ok, I've started using time Machine and it's great. Very sexy and useful.

But one problem I've encountered, however, is that after using it, the side wheel-like button on my MX Revolution seems to stop activating expose, and the "Search" button (which I have programmed for Dashboard) doesn't work either.

Does anyone know a solution?

I've had this happen to me and the problem wasn't anything to do with the mouse but the actual F-keys. Whenever it happens I have to go into the Dashboard and Expose' preferences pane and reset all windows to F9, app windows to F10, etc, or whatever key you had them mapped to.

I've only seen it happen if I restore a file from TM, hopefully this gets fixed soon.
