In the past, Time Machine has always showed the date and time of my last backup.
Example:
Last Backup May 3, 2013 5:15 PM (Or something very similar)
Recently, it has started showing a range of dates.
Example:
Backups: May 4, 2012 - May 5, 2013 (Exact syntax)
I'm not sure of the exact reason for this change, but I think it may have something to do with the fact that I had been changing my system time when testing software on my system (I had to set the system time ahead to test some software I have been developing.) I wonder if this effected the timing of the backups and at some at point some files had dates in the future and now I do not have a consistent set of date/times in the file system.
Regardless, I have been unable to find anything in searching online.
I also had tried creating a brand new backup and that did not seem to resolve the issue.
If you think about the syntax, it really does not give me confidence that the entire system is being backed up. I would like to see just a single date for the last, most recent good backup.
Any suggestion/help would be appreciated.
Cheers.
