I started to use Time Machine on 2012-02-16 (this is the first backup date on backup disk) in Lion 10.7.3. In an user folder, I was working with a very critical txt file (projects.txt) for 2 months. The backup disk never disconnected from system. However when I opened my mac this morning, I saw this file was changed on internal disk and all backup dated folders in backup disk by itself. On both of side (internal and backup disk) projects.txt files are old version copy (modified on 2012-02-02). All backup folders and original location have same file (12/02/02 version).

I lose my mind. This was very critical file. I tried to recover it with Photorec and Wondershare Data Recovery from backup disk and internal hard disk. However they found nothing. How can I recover this file? I have to. I have really trusted Apple and its Time Machine. This happened very mistake for me. I'm waiting your help.
