When I have iTunes in focus and enter Time Machine, it opens a Finder window behind iTunes, brings it into focus, then goes into Time Machine for Finder. Same with iPhoto. The only thing that seems to work properly is Mail (I can have it in focus, enter Time Machine, and use the Mail interface to restore e-mail).

Do you have any suggestions as to how to fix this?

I should add that my iTunes and iPhoto libraries are backed up: in Time Machine + Finder, I can go to ~/Music/ and ~/Pictures/ and the music and photos are all accounted for.

So Time Machine just doesn't seem to integrate with iTunes, iPhoto, etc. But again, it is integrated in Mail.

iTunes has never been integrated for me, but I've never had a problem with Mail, iPhoto and Address Book.

I have a fairly weak/slow connection to my Time Capsule, so when I'm in iPhoto and "Enter Time Machine", it's a good 45-60 seconds after I click before anything appears to happen.

Thanks! I didn't think to check Address Book. That works fine for me, too.

So it may just be that I don't have the latest version of iPhoto, and I'm crazy and iTunes was never said to be integrated. :)

Thanks again!
