Time Machine not working

Hi, I'm still new to using a mac (my third day), when i setup and ran time machine, this happened several times, i tried FAT, HFS Journal Extended, HFS, and HFS Journaled and same thing.

This is backing up partition is the second partition on a terabyte harddrive, partitioned on windows 7 with the inhouse partitioner.

The attachment shows the error fully.

Thanks for any replies.
