Time Machine now slow

Since that recent security update for Mojave, my time machine backups are extremely slow

I have four devices for backing up, and all of them are running slow now,

is anyone getting the same problem?

Are you backing up via cable or WiFi?
Have you tried resetting the Time Capsule (there are two methods).

I suggest you take ONE of the drives you currently back up to using tm, and try it with the most recent version of CarbonCopyCloner...
