Time Machine Only Showing Incremental Backups

As I understand it, TimeMachine (when you browse it by entering the time machine) is supposed to show all files in the backup at every backup increment. This is how it looks on the iMac (Mavericks) on which I'm writing right now.

But I have another iMac (also on Mavericks) on which when I browse the backups I only see the changed files at the time of the backup.

A couple months ago I deleted the partition on the TM volume and started over. But the problem persists.

Any suggestions?
