Scenario as follows;
Used CCC to move OS disk to New Disk.
Everything boots and behaves fine.
Time Machine, however has stopped backing up to the Time Capsule. I have tried removing TM prefs and rebooting, but still fails to backup. Just sits at Looking for Backup Disk or Perparing Backup.
Logs do not show any deep scan in progress.
Tried again removing Prefs and reboot, then setting up internal 1TB disk as TM Target. Sticks at Looking For Backup Disk and does not appear to create Backups.Backupdb folder on the drive (Volume is GUID with HFS+ Journalled).
No obvious errors in the logs.
Running 10.8.5.
Last time I had this issue I performed a 'non-destructive reinstall of 10.8.4, updated to 10.8.5 and TM behaved).
I really want to know what is causing this and how to fix it rather than blindly running a repair install. I am stumped on this one.
