Time Machine Question

So my Imac has two hard drives on it, (one harddrive and one SDD), so if I was to restore the data on a laptop like a Macbook pro which only has one HDD, would it put both Harddrive data on it? Or just one?

You can select what you can restore to the target Mac, thus you can select the backed up contents from the HDD and SSD.
