Time Machine Question!

Once in a while I will go down to my office and wake my iMac 24 from sleep to find an Time Machine error on the desktop. It says "Couldn't copy files to folder, Time Machine Failure" or something like that. All I do is run Time Machine again and it runs fine. Is there something I am doing or is this just something I have to contend with?

This error is not what the 10.5.6 has this is just a can't copy files error or on the top Time Machine Error. I also had this before I did the upgrade that went fine anyway.
