So I recently exchanged my Time Capsule for a new one since I was having a ton of problems with it. Today I did my initial backup of my MacBook Air and had a question.
I just happened to be checking on it for a moment when it finished (strange considering it was a 5 hour backup and I only checked on it three times). What I noticed that I was wondering about was it said that it had backed up about 26.6GB of 55GB and the progress bar was only about half-way done. Then it went to 0 of 605k and quickly finished that and said it was done.
Is it normal that it wouldn't back up the entire 55GB? It looked like it completed it fine but I had to leave so I just left it connected by ethernet and figured I would check it later. I just want to make sure that it didn't miss backing up certain parts of the computer that I will only discover down the road when I need it.
Thanks.
