My 5 days old iMac has a stuck pixel and I called to Apple and they'll give me a replacement. My question is, I've backed up all my music, pics, vids and apps with Time Machine to my external HD, so when I'll get the replacement, am I able to use that back up to make the new one just like this one was, so that all my music and apps will be in back up and I attach the external HD and BOOM! All my files are back there like they were.

I hope you got my point

Yes - when you start up the new iMac, it will ask if you want to do this.

Yeah. Might want to make a 2nd backup as well just in case. OR at least offload your more important files to a memory stick or something.

I sold my iMac last Saturday, but I did 2 TM backups. I don't like having just one point of failure.
