I have a macbook and a desktop

They are on the same network

Is it possible to use one of the internal drives in my desktop as a time machine for my macbook? Much like time capsule

I have 2 drives in my desktop and one is being used as a time machine for the boot drive. Can I use this same drive and effectively have 2 time machine backups of different computers on the same internal hdd in my desktop?

Thanks

I assume that this is theoretically possible. You would just have to share the root directory of that drive over the network, I am guessing. I have no way of testing this however, so best of luck to you trying this out!
