Hi Guys,

I just got my new MacBook Pro today, replacing a late 2007 MacBook Pro that was backing up to a 500GB Time Capsule. My new computer is running Lion, the old one was running Snow Leopard.

So I used my Time Capsule to transfer everything onto my new Mac, which worked without any problem whatsoever. But now Time Machine on this machine is being weird... I set it up to back up from Time Capsule like the old one did, and to delete old backups as the disk becomes full. But when it tries to back up, it says the back-up failed because there wasn't enough room on the Time Capsule. In the preferences it says right there that older backups will be deleted to make room for new ones, but that's not what's happening.

Any ideas on how to correct this to get Time Machine and the Time Capsule working like it did on the old machine?

Thanks in advance!
