Time Machine STopped Working After I Changed the Backup Frequency

I changed the StartInterval in the system/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.backupd-auto.plist, since then Time machine stopped working. Now even I cheanged it back to 3600 it does not help.

Any hint please?
