Had to put a new HD in my Mini (OS10.10), and restored from a Time Machine backup. After booting on the new drive TM spent about 24 hours "cleaning up old backups", then finally started doing the first scheduled backup. Looks like it's backing up the whole drive (~300GB), and slowly. Only about 25GB after 24 hours.

I'm inclined to let nature take its course, but at this rate will take nearly 2 weeks for the backup to finish. Having just suffered a failed HD, I just want to get to a complete backup. I think it's working hard to manage the incremental backups on the 1TB Time Capsule. Should I just let it run, or should I intervene?
