Time Machine was accessible yesterday on 10.12.3 but not today on 10.12.4 :(

Hi!

I made a backup of my things before updating to 10.12.4 - combo. I am presented with an error that there are not discs to backup.

The icon is there on my desktop, I can drill down into it and see previous backups.

Thoughts?

Edit: launched cocktail and both dskutil and mdutil appear to not work properly. No Bueno calisse.

*Update* Logged into the recovery partition, mounted each drive and repaired twice. Reinstalled macOS from the recovery. It looks like a TM backup is going to take place. Not sure if I can access the old data yet.
