Time Machine Window?

When I click the Time Machine app in my dock, I used to get a nice Cover Flow window to find what I need to restore. Now I get this:

How can I get the normal cover flow window back?

Also, is there an app that can search through Time Machine backups for a specific file?

Click the lozenge in the top right of the window.

NOTE: You have to do this in a normal finder window, before entering TM, and make sure that you are in CoverFlow view.
