When i try to backup, time machine won't automatically mount my airdisk. If i manually mount it, and then make time machine back-up, it will work perfectly, but it's not working automatically.

Suggestions?

Are you running Leopard? The problem is Leopard doesn't automatically mount Airdisks. One work-around (tho not ideal) is to add your Time Machine disk to your login items (under user Accounts). That way it will mount every time you log into Leopard. It's not an ideal solution because when you're away from your AEBS and Leopard isn't able to mount your disk, you'll get an error message (tho it's not a big deal as you just have to click "OK" to dismiss it).
