Time Machine won't recognise backup from old MacBook.

I've just bought a MacBook Pro after having an old white MacBook. First thing I did was enter time machine and try to restore my backup from my old MacBook but it won't recognise it. My previous MacBook had Snow Leopard while this one has Lion.

I'm not really sure what i should do. Would I need to change some kind of settings?
