Time Machine

Just got a new HDD for Time Machine back up..

My SSD from Disk Utilities says...

Capacity : 479.76 GB (479,760,007,168 Bytes)
Available : 328.7 GB (328,702,300,160 Bytes)
Used : 151.06 GB (151,057,707,008 Bytes)

Yet Time Machine tells me,
Backing up 20 GB of 259 GB !

So where did the other 108 GB come from?
