Time management app

Does anyone know of any good time management , workflow, and time recording program, I was looking at iclockr for mac ox x leopard, it looks really neat, but is only for leopard and i have 10.4, I dont wanna just upgrade for 1 program, if theres any similar ones like this I would really like to know

Thanks for the link, but its for 10.5, I need something for 10.4

Oh, sorry. I think you'll find more and more apps require 10.5
