Time monitoring only of Ipad Usage (not spying)

Hi all,

For Ipad mini 3, version ios 8.4:

I would like to monitor the time my kid is spending on his Ipad, if possible from a remote location, in real time. I am not interesting by spying messages/ facebook.

Is there a way to do that?
