Time of delivery? (AT&T/UPS)

I'm sure someone's asked but these threads are moving so fast today couldn't really spot one.

Anyone have any insight on what time they'll be delivering or does it just vary?
I know with the 3GS they were at my door around 10:30AM

I want to know when UPS delivers too because they usually deliver in my area at like 5pm and rarely like one time at noon..
 
Whenever they would normally get there on the route. Here my UPS driver comes by early-afternoon every day, just depends on the route.
 
But I've seen UPS here in the evening and I know they also have a morning route- being that my phone will be here probably by 7AM at the facility- they'd throw it on the morning route most likely?
 
It depends on the route and the way the package was shipped. UPS usually gets to my house between 5:30 and 7. But yesterday my mom received a package that was overnighted with a guaranteed delivery time, so it was here at 10:30. My iPhone UPS tracking says by end of day tomorrow, so I'm expecting it in the evening.
 
When I order stuff from Amazon, it usually comes after I already leave for work. I go to work at 3pm, so I usually have the package waiting for me on my doorstep when I get home.

My understanding is they do businesses first during the day, then residences later. You would think they want to deliver to residences later in the evening since there's more of a chance of people being home to sign for packages since most people work during the day.

in my area they deliver packages around 4:00 pm
 
The last time UPS delivered to my house it was nearly 9:30 PM. When they say by end of day they mean it. I recently moved and at my old location they always delivered at 11:00 AM. So it tends to vary by location.
 
depends on your location. since the delivery will be guaranteed by the end of the day the driver will usually service business first that may come along your route. so if you live in a more rural area vs a more urban area you will probably get your phone earlier in the day.
 
I think it will come earlier than many of you think. Don't sleep to hard tomorrow morning. lol
 
Alright thanks guys. Guess it varies a lot. Hope mine comes in the morning considering how impatient i am lol
