Not sure if anyone's interested in this kind of stuff, but I always love tips for native macOS apps. And I'm the user here, not the author or something.
Anyway, there's a new version of Time Out, which is a break reminder app for macOS. It's in the App Store:

There's not much new features, I mean at some point, such an app is pretty much done. But I really like the fact that it's being updated every now and then. I used to use other apps, which at some point got abandoned. Not this one.
