Just curious, for anyone who sleeps their 7,1 as a normal thing, and who has an external power meter so can see when it actually drops to a sleeping power level; how long does it take from selecting Apple -> Sleep, to the machine going to it's sleeping power draw?

31 seconds consistently for my machine, unless something interrupts the sleep initiation, which can result in it taking anything up to two minutes.

I'm curious what influences the speed of this - there's another 40 seconds of so afterwards for the drives in the external drive tower to spin down and sleep.
