I have decided it's time to replace my Time Machine external hard drive with one with a larger capacity. I want to ensure that the backups on the old drive are still available. Is there some way that I can transfer them to the new drive and have them available through Time machine?

Thanks Flatfoot! That was a very quick response. It looks exactly like what I need. I haven't tried it yet but I will later today. My new iMac has just been delivered and I am in the process of transferring everything from the old iMac. I have also got a new 1TB drive to replace the old Time machine drive.

Thanks again.:D
