Time to stand notifications not working in 9.4?

I usually have my stand hour credit before the 50 minute mark, but I just got the notification to stand on my S7 while sitting on my can with my laptop this morning. 😀
After I took the update two of my three watches were slow and acting a little weird. But I gave them some time and did a soft reset on all three. They have been working fine since then. And battery life is the same before......2% of battery used for each hour. The watches are 45mm.

Similarly it appears to have resolved itself for me, took a couple days, and I also restarted it a couple times
