Earlier today I put my computer to sleep, and when I reopened it Finder started acting weird and stopped responding. I right click-relaunched it but when it reloaded it still read as Not Responding, though it started functioning 'normally'. After that no program I loaded appeared on the dock, nor in the cmd tab list, though they also functioned 'normally', except for Adium and Safari, which crashed on load, and sat there trying to load google, respectively.

I rebooted my comp but neither Adium nor Safari would load, though Finder started working fully again.

I attempted to run a Disk Utility, but both times I tried the computer froze one program at a time and eventually stopped responding entirely until I did a hard reset.

I turned to another username on the computer and found Adium and Safari working fine on it, but it crashed again when doing a Disk Utility.

What do I do?
