Time Tracking App

Does anybody know of a good time tracking app?

I don't have to manage different clients since I only need it for my current employer. But, we have so many different cost centers that it is difficult to fill out my time sheet. I know, I could just always update my time sheet but it would be easier if I had a way to track it within an app since I am not always online.

It can even be a web based one for which the source code is public that I can run on my local computer.

Anybody know of a good one?

Not really. They are mostly focused on billing. Thanks for the link though.
