Time travel & Modular Weather complication

I have the stock weather complication in the middle of the modular watch face and the high/low temperature reading is incorrect until I time travel a few minutes forward and then it changes to the correct reading. The weather watch app and iPhone app both have the correct reading. I have tried resetting watch and iPhone, repairing etc. Any ideas? Thanks!

I am stereo having problems with the latest update. Is anyone else noticing the same behavior?

Try a different complication? Dark Sky is always spot on for me.
