Time Warner app

How do you get this app to work?? It always says you must be on your home network which I am. I have TW cable but have dsl wifi from someone else.
What do I need to do to get this to recognize my network. My cable box is on the list of ones that work for this.

You need to be on your Time Warner home network.

You need to have TW as your internet provider for it to work.

Thanks guys, just found out don't have to have TW internet but must use a wireless gateway from them which doesn't seem to be a great solution.
