Time Warner PSA upgrade is here

If you are in NY, the free upgrade to 100 down (if you currently have 50) has been rolling out for the past week and seems like most of NYC and immediate areas have it. Login to the web, reset your modem (mandatory) then once modem is fully back, unplug the modem for 30s.

Think other announced cities are getting it as well.

I can't wait till this hits all the TW areas, but can only assume the reason TW is "giving" this upgrade away free is they're not too far away from testing out data caps. How better to get us to our caps quicker than to increase our download speeds.
