Time with seconds

In previous versions of macOS, you could display the time with seconds hh:mm:ss but I can't find that anywhere. Heck, you could change the date format too like instead of Oct 25, you could make it 25-Oct-22, etc. Was the option removed?

Update: fixed. In System Settings, I had to search "seconds" and then found it.
