Time Zone Change Error in JB 1.1.3

The title explains it all, but basically, I change the time zone in the General Settings, and exit out of settings, then go back in and it's back to what it was before I changed it. WTF?!?!?!

It's the only error I've seen so far in my JailBroaken 1.1.3 Touch.

Any Ideas of a fix other than redoing EVERYTHING?

Sorry I can't be of more help, but I just wanted to say that my Time Zone settings are fine on my 1.1.3 JB - I used the 'Official' Dev Team method through installer.app ...
