I'm setting up my calendars right now as I'm going abroad soon and I'm really confused as to how this works. I've got events for my local time in London, and events for Eastern times, which seems to display when those are happening in my current time zone.

I wanted to test this by changing my iPhone's time manually, but the times on the calendar just remained the same as if I was still in London, if that makes sense.

For example, I input an event for 8am Eastern time, and then MobileMe calendar updates that to 1pm on my current BST time. So far so good. So I change the clock to Eastern time, but that event still says 1pm. What gives?
