TimeCapsule 4th gen vs TimeCapsule AC disk speed

On my TimeCapsule 4th generation (dual band n), I get about 8-14mbps using disk speed test while wirelessly accessing the disk. Is this normal for this product? And how much faster would the new TimeCapsule with AC wifi be? I have a new MacBook Pro, an iPad Air 2 and an iPhone 6, so I can definitely take advantage of it if it's better.

You are probably looking at around 30 MB/s for the internal drive and up to 25 MB/s for a USB connected hard drive according to the benchmarks I have seen. Of course, these numbers will vary based on usage and environment.
