TimeCapsule internal HD for one machine's backup, ext USB2 HD for another

Hi there

I've had a search and i realise you can use a time capsule with an external drive for storing media etc. Can you use it for time capsule for another system too?

I'd like to back up one machine (eg iMac) using time machine to the internal 500gb drive. Then separately, i'd like the mac pro to use a time machine backup on the external 1tb USB2 drive i have.

Is this possible? Is anyone running this system?

It is not only possible but works great. My 500 gb TC backs up my wife's MB and I have a 250 gb external drive hooked up to the TC that backs my MBP up via TM. I have no issues.
