hi all,
im considering getting an apple timecasule as my main home router, i live in a double storey 4 bedroom place which is pretty big, currently im using:
http://www.netgear.com/Products/Rou...axNEXTWirelessRoutersandGateways/WNR854T.aspx

and its great! i just like the idea of the 1tb hdd and printer sharing...

i just wanted to know in comparison, what is the effective range of the timecapsule? im looking to replace my current router and sell it, so i won't be keeping both..

i connect up to 4 wireless computers, 2 lan, xbox, ps3 and the rest!

any feedback is greatly appreciated

The range should be the same as the current Airport Extreme which is excellent, especially when using 802.11n

As for your house I would guess it would be fine, wireless signals go pretty far. If your current router has an acceptable range than the TC will be fine.
