iPad Timed/location based toggles

So I have been looking for some time and haven't come up with much, what I want is a timed or location based system that can toggle settings on and off, for example I want my bluetooth to either turn on when I reach my car or at 7:00 am and turn off when I reach work or 8:00 am any ideas I tried siri but no dice.

SBProfiles is the ****! Such a fantastic tweak. Been a solid tweak for years now. People who want/need it tend to fall in love with it because they get so used to relying on it.

Didn't even think about giving up my 6.1.2JB unless SBProfiles was made available for iOS7
