iPod Timeing out issues

i have followed videoras steps for converting a movie for my ipod and when i try to copy it to my ipod, it gets about 2/3 of the way transfered and then it either just stops updating and showes the apple logo on the itunes bar or it says the operation could not be completed before the timeout period. I have transfered at least 5 other movies before following the same steps and this one does not want to work for some reason. I'm trying to transfer Final Fantasy VII Advent Chilren if that helps.
