I've just released Timeline Alarm for iOS7. I've always found the regular interface for setting alarms up was slow and decided to make my own.
Just drag the time line to choose a time (or a time interval in minutes) and double tap the time line to create an alarm with the default text and sound (which can be chosen from the settings app). You can also tap "New Alarm" and enter the information you want and/or choose a sound.
