Just for the other users that also notice that in MacOS 26.2 TimeMachine fails (where previous MacOS versions worked just fine with your disk). Try this if nothing else works:
Rename your backup Volume to something simple (like 'Backup').
After some debugging I noticed that the default Volume name for Dutch users 'Reservekopieën voor (systemname)'.
Having space and a ë, I tryed renaming it and it started working instantly.
My debugging was:
Reboot
Try again -> Not working backup (no real detailed error message)
Console > your mac > Faults tab > Start button
Now try starting the backup
Notice a Volume not found error in the console.
Stop the console debugging
Renaming the volume
Try again -> Working backup
